Refund Policy

Claypot SG Cambodia

At Claypot SG Cambodia, we are committed to providing high-quality Halal cuisine and excellent customer service. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds, replacements, or credits may be issued.

1. Dine-In Orders

If you experience any issue with your meal during dine-in:

  • Please notify our staff immediately

  • We will gladly replace the dish or offer an alternative

  • Refunds may be provided only if the issue cannot be resolved

No refunds will be issued after the meal has been fully consumed unless there is a verified quality concern.

2. Takeaway & Delivery Orders

For takeaway or delivery orders:

  • Customers must report any issues within 2 hours of receiving the order

  • Valid issues include incorrect items, missing items, or food quality concerns

  • Photo evidence may be requested to process the claim

If approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item

  • Store credit

  • Partial or full refund

Delivery fees are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched, except in cases of restaurant error.

3. Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to our mistake:

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund

  • Customers may be asked to return the incorrect item

4. Cancellations

Before Preparation

  • Orders cancelled before food preparation begins are eligible for a full refund

After Preparation or Dispatch

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once preparation has started or delivery has been dispatched

5. Payment Errors

If you believe you were charged incorrectly:

  • Please contact us within 3 days of the transaction

  • Verified billing errors will be refunded to the original payment method

6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind after order preparation

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

  • Failure to receive the order due to customer unavailability

  • Minor variations in taste, spice level, or presentation

  • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or third-party delivery services

7. Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed:

  • Cash payments: immediately or within 1 business day

  • Card or digital payments: within 5–10 business days (depending on the payment provider)
